By Air

Belgrade is served by Nikola Tesla International Airport (BEG), which is located just 12 kilometers of the city centre. The airport receives numerous flights from European cities and also receives a number of transatlantic flights as well as flights from the Middle East and Africa.

Connections between Airport and Belgrade City Centre:

Car

If arriving from direction of Vršac on the east or Šid on the west by European E-70 highway or from the direction of Horgoš on the north or Preševo on the south by European E-75 highway upon entry on the territory of the City of Belgrade please follow Aerodrom (Airport) signs.

Additionally, if you're arriving from the direction of Novi Beograd or Surčin municipality please follow Aerodrom (Airport) signs.

Bus

Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport is located 18 kilometers away from the city centre.

Taxi

In order to enhance taxi service from Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport, the Assembly of City of Belgrade is introducing ongoing project aiming to organize new taxi service regulation system from Belgrade Airport. As a part of this project, the price of a taxi service from the airport is divided into 6 zones.

For the use of taxi services from Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport to any destination in Belgrade area and further, please contact the city service TAXI INFO desk, located in the baggage reclaim area.

Please take a taxi receipt at the information desk which contains the name of your destination and appropriate price for the taxi service.

All offices are located at international arrivals area at Terminal 2 and Terminal 1 ground floor.

Private Transfers

Private transfers are also available and must be booked in advance. Suntransfers are rated excellent on TripAdvisor.

By Train

The Central Railway Station is situated in the city centre, and there are trains available to a number of national and international destinations. Belgrade railway junction is an intersection where 7 main railway lines carrying international traffic and 5 local lines meet.

By Boat

Belgrade lies on the Danube, a waterway connecting Western and Central European countries to the countries of south-eastern and eastern Europe. It is possible to travel to other destinations along the Danube by ship.

By Coach

Belgrade is a crossroads of Eastern and Western Europe and is connected to these regions by two major European highways, the E-70 and the E-75. Belgrade is well served by coaches. The two coach stations (BAS and Lasta) have a total of 80 departure platforms and 20 arrival platforms, with a daily turnover of more than 1,400 coaches.
